The pool was incredible and the staff was really kind and nice. The rooms were outstanding and compact with the TV and jacuzzi, as example, I greatly enjoyed that.

Our room had an exceptionally comfortable bed and a particularly good view. Absolutely outstanding staff, provided information if needed. The location was great and perfect, close to cafes / restaurants, and Bocagrande which is a good, safe area, and the free parking was an excellent bonus. Furthermore, close enough to the beach.

The hotel was in a magnificent location, outside of Cartagena city centre. It was also next to Bocagrande which is a good, safe area and many restaurants and the beach.

We would definitely book again, thank you very much for the fairly nice stay. Quiet atmosphere, though some people working here are not very friendly. The a double room is compact, we also greatly enjoyed exceptionally good views. The price is just right - COP -2147483648.

The whole room was very fancy and clean with comfortable beds and a safe, as example. The breakfast was free and excellent with variety of food, everybody can choose.

We had an excellent time here! The location is perfect because it's just outside of the busy city centre, only about a 20-minute drive away, and the beach is just two blocks away. The service was top-notch with room service, housekeeping, laundry, airport shuttle, and tours/ticket assistance available. The room amenities were outstanding including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, a sitting area and a terrace. The dining options were also great with a restaurant and bar/lounge area, outdoor dining area, packed lunches, and special diet menus available. The staff was also very friendly! We especially enjoyed the leisure swimming pool with a beautiful view, the rooftop pool with a jacuzzi and Turkish bath, and the sun terrace with plenty of comfortable sun loungers.

I did not want to leave there and would definitely book again. Fairly clean, small hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed very fancy and clean rooms and very kind staff. Units where again the tv did n't work. Great restaurant served Colombian specialties.

Location: the hotel was very close to the beach, mall and many restaurants and Bocagrande which is a good, safe area. And it's not too far from Fritomar by Tipifood, ate there once or twice. The breakfast offered good choice of options and was excellent!
